We have used Blue Rose several times for detailing our vehicles.  They have partial detailing for full auto and other specialty requests.  Everything has always been completed and our vehicle looks like new again.  They are fast, professional, super friendy and provide great customer service.  If you want the job done right, use Blue Rose Auto!

Unexpectedly had a yellow dust bloom inside my car. After treating it with 2 gallons of distilled white vinegar, I threw in the towel & called the team at Blue Rose. They did a wonderful job sanitizing, cleaning, & giving myself the piece of mind that my car will be ok. My car looks better than when I got it at the dealership. I would highly recommend the team at Blue Rose!

Treston and his team did an amazing deep clean and detailing job on our work vehicle! It was not in great condition when we brought it in, but they even inflated one of the tires that had low air so we could get back safely and in an extremely clean vehicle. They also fairly priced their services; although it was a little more than originally quoted...

I’m about to have my first child, so my husband and I decided to take our Prius to Blue Rose Auto in preparation. My husband is a contractor/carpenter and has used the car for work a lot, besides it being my daily driver. It’s never been professionally cleaned before and it was filthy. We got the full interior detailing.

COMMON QUESTIONS

See some common questions and answers below, or call us at (541) 344-0115.

  • How often do I need a tune-up?

Every vehicle has a slightly different tune-up schedule. Your best starting place is to check the owner’s manual. Otherwise, why not bring it in for us to take a look at. We are familiar with every major automotive brand on the market today. We are qualified to make recommendations for tune-ups, oil changes, and other preventative maintenance services based on the make and model and the actual condition of your vehicle. Let the experts take over!

  • How often should I change my oil?

Up to recently, the standard recommendation was 3000 miles or 3 months. However, with new high-efficiency oils, that number has been extended to between 7500 and 10,000 miles. Since it depends on your vehicle, bring it in to have us take a look at it.

  • When should I get my tires rotated?

Industry standards stipulate that your tires should be rotated every 5000 to 6000 miles. If you’re not sure, schedule an appointment with the experts.

  • How often should I check my tire pressure?

To ensure the continued health of your tires, check your tire pressure at least once a month.

  • How do I know when I need new brakes?

If your brakes begin to get spongy, jittery, or make a lot of noise, it’s probably time to bring them in for a brake service. You may require new fluid, a caliper adjustment, new rotors, new brake lines, or new brake shoes.

  • How often should I have my brakes checked?

It’s important that your brakes are checked during every tune-up. However, if you haven’t brought your vehicle in for a tune-up in a while, be sure to have your brakes checked every 10,000 miles or so. If anything feels off, be sure to stop driving and schedule an appointment right away!

  • Why are my brakes squealing? How to fix it?

Your brakes can be squealing for a number of reasons. The most common ones are:

    • Worn out brake shoes
    • Maladjusted calipers
    • Lack of insulation shim
    • Improper rotor surface cut
    • Glazed shoes or rotor

The best way to stop it is to get an expert involved.

  • How long do repairs usually take?

It depends on the kind of repairs you require. Some services, like transmission repairs, are more intensive than others, like oil changes. We will give you a complete schedule with your quote.
